Prior to this, he spent four years as General Manager and authorised signatory of a well-known temporary employment agency. As a trained welder, he had previously worked all over the world on drilling platforms, in nuclear power stations in the high-security sector and in refineries and chemical works. On the basis of his practical experience, he has very high standards with regard to his own personnel.

Claudio Carlone completed his vocational training at Mangas Montage GmbH. He is now in charge of administration, covering Human Resources, Order Calculation and Planning, Personnel Disposition, Certification and Marketing. He is your main point of contact for all inquiries concerning day-to-day business.

Joana Germann is a graduate in Social Education. Her duties include looking after our employees, the compilation of wages accounts and other administrative and book-keeping tasks.

Edward Woodend represents our company in Great Britain. He is the main point of contact for our staff, and works constantly to ensure their well-being. Like Eduardo Mangas, Edward Woodend worked for many years as a welder on countless major projects all over the world.
